Ice cream is one of those foods most of us feel guilty about. This is a result of the high fat, sugar, calories, and preservatives sometimes found in it. I believe in everything in moderation, and ice cream is definitely not something you should eat every day. It is more of a treat, but what if you could indulge in it every day. With this three ingredient ‘ice cream’ you can turn ice cream from a treat to an everyday food, without feeling guilty.
The frozen fruit blended with a small amount of milk or yogurt resembles a delicious soft-serve ice cream. This is a delicious, naturally sweetened treat that you can feel good about eating and only takes a couple minutes to prepare!

You can also substitute your favourite fruit. I find the banana acts as a great base to pair with any fruit. I have also made a Banana and Peanut Butter ‘Ice Cream’ which was fantastic. I have a weakness for peanut butter, natural peanut butter of course, so you will find I put it in a lot of things.
